15 Day Product Evaluations

HCL makes it easy for you to try out any product we sell on a 15-day trial evaluation. Just place the request online or call Customer Service at 1.800.848.1633 to set up a Product Evaluation. Once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation that lets you know when your product will ship. You are billed immediately for the product (plus shipping). If you choose to return the product within the 15-day evaluation period, contact us to make arrangements. You are also responsible for the return shipping charges, but HCL will gladly honor our Hassle-Free Return Policy.
 

Product Samples

Try before you buy. Health Care Logistics offers free sample kits for many of our disposable products. We will also work with you to provide samples for your next big project. Look for the Free Sample icons throughout our website or catalogs identifying which products have sample kits available. You can request your sample(s) online or by contacting our friendly customer service team at 1.800.848,1633.
 

Free Product Sourcing

If Health Care Logistics doesn’t have what you need we will source it for you at no charge! We provide more than the products in our catalog and on our website. Our knowledgeable and experienced Resource Department spends their entire day looking for non stock products, modifying existing products, customizing products or sometimes just providing you with a referral. This free service is available to all of our current and potential customers.
